Right of Withdrawal – Return Terms
The Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving a reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 days. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline expires.
The Customer can submit the statement independently or use the withdrawal form provided by the Seller on the Store's website.
Withdrawal deadline: 14 days from the day the Goods were delivered to the Customer, or in the case of a Service Agreement, from the day the agreement was concluded.
Upon receiving the withdrawal statement, the Seller will immediately confirm receipt of the statement to the Customer's email address.
Exclusions from the right to withdraw:
- Service agreements where the Consumer has already paid for the service and the Seller has fully performed it with the Consumer's prior consent.
- Agreements where the price depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control.
- Agreements for custom-made goods produced according to the Consumer's specifications.
- Agreements for perishable goods with a short shelf life.
- Agreements for goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
- Agreements for products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.
- Agreements for alcoholic beverages with a price agreed upon at the conclusion of the sales contract.
- Agreements where the Consumer explicitly requested the Seller to come for urgent repairs or maintenance.
- Agreements for sound or visual recordings delivered in sealed packaging.
- Agreements for subscriptions of journals, magazines, or periodicals.
- Agreements concluded in public auctions.
- Agreements for accommodation services, transport services, or services related to leisure activities.
- Agreements for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium where the Seller has begun performance with the Consumer's prior consent.
Return procedure:
If the Consumer withdraws from the Distance Contract, the Agreement is considered as not concluded. Both parties return what they have received in an unchanged state unless the change was necessary to determine the nature, features, and functionality of the Goods. The Goods should be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal, to the Seller's address.
The Seller will refund the Customer all payments made, including the cost of delivering the Goods, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. Refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer agrees to another method.
Return Costs:
- The Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the Goods unless the Seller agrees to cover these costs.
- If the Consumer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obligated to refund the additional delivery costs.
Complaints about Goods
The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods in accordance with the Agreement. Complaints about non-compliance of the Goods with the Agreement should be addressed to Unuvi Sp. z o.o. Wojska Polskiego 21, 78-122 Charzyno, email: shop@unuvi.com, phone: +48 572 020 019.
The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the complaint is incomplete, the Seller will request the Consumer to supplement it within 7 days.
Electronic Service Complaints
Complaints about the Store's functionality and electronic services should be submitted to: shop@unuvi.com or by phone at +48 572 020 019.
The complaint should contain the Consumer's name, address, and a description of the issue. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days from receiving it. If the complaint is incomplete, the Consumer will be asked to supplement it within 7 days.
