TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE UNUVI ONLINE STORE

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") define the rules for using the online store available at www.unuvi.com, operated by UNUVI Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Wojska Polskiego 21, 78-122 Charzyno, NIP: [NIP], REGON: [REGON], registered in the National Court Register, e-mail: shop@unuvi.com, phone: +48 572 020 019.

By using the UNUVI online store, the Customer accepts these Terms. If you do not agree with their provisions, please refrain from using the service.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – UNUVI Sp. z o.o., conducting business through the Store.
  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
  • Store – the online service available at www.unuvi.com.
  • Terms – this document governing the rules of using the Store.
  • Product – goods available in UNUVI's offer, particularly dietary supplements and vitamins.

3. Conditions of Using the Store

  • Purchases in the Store can be made by adults.
  • The Customer is obliged to provide truthful data when placing an order.
  • All commercial information, Product descriptions, and prices are invitations to conclude a sales agreement, not offers within the meaning of the Civil Code.

4. Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website www.unuvi.com.
  • After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order.
  • Orders are processed after the payment is credited, unless the cash on delivery option is selected.

5. Delivery and Payment

  • Delivery details are available on the page: Delivery.
  • Shipping is carried out via InPost and DPD.
  • Delivery costs are visible during the order placement.
  • The usual processing time is 1 business day from the moment the payment is credited.

6. Withdrawal from the Agreement

  • A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The rules for returns and complaints are detailed in the Returns section.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • UNUVI does not provide medical advice. Supplements are not medicines and cannot replace a balanced diet or therapy.
  • Product descriptions are for informational purposes.
  • The Customer should consult a doctor before using dietary supplements.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, graphics, logos, and descriptions are the property of UNUVI Sp. z o.o. or its partners and are legally protected.
  • It is forbidden to copy, distribute, or use materials without the Seller’s consent.

9. Personal Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

10. Final Provisions

  • UNUVI reserves the right to amend the Terms. Customers will be informed via the Store's website.
  • In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
